PRODUCT FEATURES

It is a two-component coating composed of agenizing-vinyl enzyme copolymer FEVE resin and non-yellowing trimer isocyanic acid ester curing agent, matched with light-fast and rust-proof pigments, solvents, and additives.

The paint film has high hardness, toughness and excellent adhesion, excellent water resistance and seawater resistance;

Excellent acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance;

The weather resistance is super strong, and the aging time is as long as 15-20 years.

APPLICATION FIELD

Used for anti-corrosion finish paint on the surface of various large steel structures such as ships, highway guardrails, ports, open-air machinery, transmission towers, microwave transmission towers, offshore drilling platforms, chemical open-air storage tanks, bridges, oil field drilling equipment, containers, etc.

 APPLICATION GUIDANCE

The temperature of the substrate should not be lower than 5°C, and at least 3°C higher than the dew point of the air (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate). Good ventilation is usually required to ensure that the paint is properly dried.

Spraying: Airless spraying or air spraying, high-pressure airless spraying is recommended. When using air spraying, attention should be paid to adjusting the viscosity of the paint and the air pressure thinner should not exceed 10%, otherwise the coating performance will be affected. Brushing is recommended for pre-coating and small area coating, but it must reach the specified dry film thickness

PACKING AND STORAGE

Packaging weight: 25KG/group.

Pack and store environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature, and keep away from fire. The packaging container must be kept tightly closed. The effective storage period is 12 months.
