FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS

One-component, cross-linking and curing at room temperature.The permeability of water vapor and oxygen to the paint film is low, and it has excellent water resistance and good corrosion resistance. It dries quickly, several times faster than oil-based paint;It has excellent low temperature construction performance and can be constructed in -20°C -50 °C environment. The paint film has good adhesion to steel.The paint film layer and the layer are mutually soluble as a whole, with excellent interlayer adhesion. The paint film is not saponified and has good compatibility with cathodic protection.Has good durability and anti-ultraviolet ability, not easy to fade.The coating film has good adhesion, toughness, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, anti-microbial erosion, strong water permeability, and good corrosion resistance.

APPLICATION FIELD

Suitable for marine and atmospheric anti-corrosion, mostly used for offshore platforms, ship waterlines, hulls, superstructures, power plants, steel plants, chemical plants, bridges, containers, steel gates, dry gas tanks and other land-based steel structures, concrete, wood, etc. Used for surface protection of structures and decorative finishes. It is a long-lasting anticorrosive coating in marine and humid environments

APPLICATION GUIDANCE

After opening the lid, if it cannot be used up in one time, the lid should be sealed in time to prevent the solvent volatilization from affecting the use.

PACKING AND STORAGE

Packaging weight: 20kg/bucket

Pack and store environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature, and keep away from fire. The packaging container must be kept tightly closed. The effective storage period is 12 months.

To be packed in new strong wooden pallets with protective film, labeled with IPPC mark by manufacturers certified by plant quarantine authorities of exporting countries or regions, suitable for long distance ocean/air and inland transportation.
