Surface treatment:

All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from contamination. It should be evaluated and handled in accordance with ISO8504. Other surfaces: This product is used for other substrates, please consult our technical department.

Construction conditions:

The substrate temperature shall not be lower than 5°C, and it shall be at least 3°C higher than the air dew point temperature (the temperature and relative humidity shall be measured near the substrate), and the relative humidity shall not be greater than 65%. Good ventilation is usually required to ensure proper drying of the paint.

Construction method Spraying: airless spraying or air spraying. High pressure airless spraying is recommended. Attention should be paid to adjusting the viscosity and air pressure of the coating when spraying with air. The diluent should not exceed 10%, otherwise the coating performance will be affected.

Brush coating: it is recommended to be used in pre coating and small area coating, but it must reach the specified dry film thickness.

Packaging And Storage: It shall be packed and stored according to the national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool and well ventilated, avoid high temperature and keep away from fire sources. The packing container must be kept airtight. The effective storage period is 12 months.

Attention : When the temperature of outdoor construction substrate is lower than 5°C, the curing reaction of a and B components will slow down or stop, so it is not suitable for construction. Health and safety: Please pay attention to the warning signs on the packing container. Use in a well ventilated environment. Do not inhale paint mist, avoid skin contact. If the paint is splashed on the skin, wash it immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. If splashed into eyes, wash them thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment immediately.
