Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company? A1: Yes, we’re the professional manufacturer of shower enclosure. Q2: What is the MOQ? A2: 20set/item and total 20ft container. Q3: What’s your payment term? A3: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment, and irrevocable L/C. Q4: How about the package? A4: We adopt super package which is fully enclosed inside, can well protect the goods, and we normally use pallet for easy load and unload. Wooden case& frame, corner protector also can be offered etc upon your request. Q5: How long is the warranty time? A5: 5years. Around 3% frequently used accessories can be offered when loading. Q6: What’s the delivery time? A6: Normally is 25-35 days after deposit depending on your order quantity. Q7: Could you provide sample for testing quality? A7: Yes. The sample is available. But normally client will be fin charge to the express cost. Q8: Can you accept you OEM or ODM? A8: Sure, We can produce products according to customer’s requirements and accept customized design. |
