Project Background
The project is a prestigious residential development located in the upscale neighborhood of Karen, Nairobi, Kenya. Situated in one of Nairobi's most affluent areas, this residential home project is aimed at catering to high-end clients who demand nothing less than elegance, class, and futuristic modern designs in their living spaces. Location: Karen, known for its lush greenery, spacious estates, and serene ambiance, provides an ideal backdrop for this luxury residential project. T
Project Highlights
The highlight for this kitchen was the large island with a waterfall granite.This added character and beauty to the kitchen.
Materials & Processing Technology
we incorporate aluminium glass cabinets to our kitchen and wardrobe projects to add some elegance to the space.
Once the client has paid for the materials,the selected boards are cut to size and lipped at the factory.They are then transported to site where they are assembled according to the different cabinet sizes. They are then placed according to the proposed design. Granite, inbuilt appliances and finally back splash tiles are fixed.The kitchen space is cleaned and handed over to the client.
Floor Plan
A floor plan has detailed information about the project including dimensions for the kitchen cabinets.This helps produce a quote for the client for the number of materials they will use for the project.
Villa - Bedroom (Master Room)
The concept for the room was to create a cozy and relaxing feel. This would then have a calming effect to the occupants of the room.

This is the girl's room.she wanted something that embraced her as the princess of the house and I delivered.
Villa - Kitchen
a modern feel kitchen ,with modern accessories that complement the luxurious villa.
Villa - Bathroom
The objective was to create a simple,minimal and elegant style for this bathroom.
