"The architectural project was designed by DUMO Architecture. It consists of two villas, adhering to the traditional architectural style of the region. Block A (the larger building) is designed in line with the concept of the 'Konak' in Turkish architecture, while Block B, with its hip roof, resembles the historical 'Datca houses.' The overall approach of the project aims to preserve the historical character while incorporating touches of contemporary architecture."

Local regulations require the use of a regional stone wall technique for the facade, with white plastered walls as the only alternative. Doors and windows must be vertically oriented and follow specific proportions, with wooden materials mandatory for doors, windows, and railings. The facade's void ratio cannot exceed a certain percentage, and only traditional Turkish tiles (alaturka) or Marseille tiles are allowed for the roof. These rules have directly shaped the design.
