Project Background
The orientation of the building maximizes north and south exposure while minimizing east and west exposure. The narrow width, high roof, and high glazing allow natural light to penetrate into the interior of the building, minimizing artificial lighting. Geothermal and photovoltaic systems further reduce energy consumption.
Renderings
Designed to balance efficiency and comfort, the six-story, 56,000-square-foot office tower provides an operational function for a bank that is still growing. The ground floor houses a debt center and private banks that can be driven through. The upper two floors coordinate regional operations. The fourth and fifth floors are reserved for future tenants, while the top floor accommodates both indoor and outdoor activities.
